WELCOME TO FIRST ASSEMBLY

It is truly an honor to be part of Marianna and Jackson County. We feel we have a responsibility to love and serve our community and the people in it. It's no secret that many people in our area are dealing with really tough issues. But, we believe that Jesus is the answer to life's problems. Jesus is the one who came to seek and save the lost. When we put our faith and trust in Jesus, He brings freedom and life change. Our desire is for everyone to have the opportunity find how Jesus can change their life.


Love God. Love People

This sums it up. Our mission is rooted firmly in Jesus' words in the Gospels of Matthew and Mark, "You must love the lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”
